Senior Business Development Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Officer to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the company's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of the business development landscape within the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, live demos, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and new trends in the technology field in general and the HR domain in particular.
  • Lead the sales team, guide sales team members, and train new employees whenever needed.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the industry.
  • Experience in the tech and HR industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English language is a must.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and train team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
