Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineer specializing in Hatchery Biosecurity to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining biosecurity protocols within our hatchery operations to ensure the health and safety of our poultry stock, optimize hatchery processes, and prevent disease outbreaks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor biosecurity measures and protocols within the hatchery.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with biosecurity standards.
- Collaborate with hatchery staff to train and educate on biosecurity practices.
- Identify potential biosecurity risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of biosecurity activities, incidents, and compliance reports.
- Work closely with management to improve hatchery safety and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to hatchery biosecurity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Proven experience in hatchery operations and biosecurity management.
- Strong understanding of biosecurity protocols and disease prevention strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
