Field Service Technician is primarily responsible to visit field customer and carry out reported (requested) maintenance jobs as per the job orders received from the Call Centre/Fleet In charge.
Responsibilities:
Perform field service jobs as received from the Call Centre/Fleet in charge.
Shall primarily follow customer reported ‘service needs’ recorded on the job cards.
In case where additional problems are identified during inspection, the technicians shall report it to their ,supervisors immediately, for further advice.
Test-run the unit to ensure satisfactory completion of the service job.
Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction and handed over to him accordingly.
Return the job card to the CIC Coordinator upon returning from the field.
Obtain Customer Feedback using the prescribed form in the QMS.
Ensure necessary tools, consumables and spares are available in the service vehicle.
Maintain good relationship with customers through professional behaviour and performance.
Strictly adhere to prescribed safety practices & use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) provided. Coordinate with the respective drivers & ensure “Vehicles Preventive Maintenance Checklist” is properly implemented.
Requirements:
Diploma in Refrigeration & air-conditioning or Home Appliances (Minimum 2 years with academic certificate).
Minimum 5 year experience in air conditioning maintenance and or Home appliances (Age less than 40 Years)
Have 4wheel driving license.
Able for self-driving field service.
Good in English for communication and job process.
Fast learner and ready to learn new technology and multi products.
