Study Engineering fit out requirements of the project in detail as per the plan to carry out supervision of fit out work effectively, on a continuous basis and provide feedback to the supervisor as appropriate. 
Carry out inspection work of all Engineering fit out work during project construction stage to ensure compliance with required specifications and communicate feedback to the reporting authority on any deviations and also on the progress.
Coordinate with the department and ensure that any change in Engineering work and design is communicated on time to the relevant personnel so as to ensure proper coordination between the design team and the contractors for effective work delivery with the right design specifications.
Coordinate with Engineers and Facility Management teams to ensure proper coordination of services to protect the current and future projects in the area.
Monitor progress of site work in all stages to ensure company policies and procedures are being followed and inform the manager on any deviations from safety policies
Coordinate with Government relation in the region to ensure on time utility requirements to ensure compliance.
Check the Engineering work on a regular basis and ensure work progress as per project schedule and report to the supervisor for any errors or corrective actions required
Provide on time technical reports to the department management to make informed decisions on cost implications of activities and variance if any.
Follow up agents' showrooms works and relevant inspections as per approved plan and region requirements 
Inspect and follow up on showrooms maintenance issues within the agreed SLA/KPI's
Support regional sales manager as required and guided through the supervisor 
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
