Position: UI/UX Engineer
Location: Amman, Jordan 
Job Purpose:  To design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and craft seamless user experiences for ZagTrader’s financial and trading platforms. The UI/UX Engineer will translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs, contributing to the overall usability, accessibility, and consistency of our products. 
Key Responsibilities:
User Experience Design 
•Conduct user research, interviews, and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
 •Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
 •Translate complex workflows into simplified and intuitive experiences. 
•Validate designs through usability testing and user feedback.
 User Interface Design 
•Develop visually appealing and consistent UI designs aligned with ZagTrader’s branding. 
•Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and UI components.
 •Ensure responsive design across web and mobile interfaces.
•Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation accuracy. 
Collaboration & Requirements Gathering
 •Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to understand requirements. 
•Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, demos).
 •Present design decisions and rationale to stakeholders clearly and effectively. 
Quality & Continuous Improvement 
•Ensure best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design.
•Conduct A/B testing and evaluate user experience metrics. 
•Contribute to building and maintaining the UI/UX design library and style guides.
 Required Qualifications 
•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field. 
•Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. 
•Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems.
•Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual assets. 
•Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. 
•Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
