  What You’ll Be Doing Key Responsibility:
Own the logistics process end to end with a KPI driven mindset and a hunger for continuous & quick improvement in order to build a best in class operations that delights our customers & delivers profitability
KPIs: Efficiency of Pickers & Drivers (orders/day), Quality handling of orders (service level NPS), On time fulfillment (picking and delivery), Cost per order (picking and/or delivery), Speed of picking and delivery (per order/item)
Manage & coach our own team of area/logistics managers & dispatch team, as well as the extend front line teams to achieve KPIs & grow with us
Lead, Motivate & Grow our frontline teams, supported by your logistics teams
 Manage mix of frontline between own & suppliers with performance/KPIs & commercials ownership
Problem-solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues, approaching all facets with an analytical, data-driven mindset to have short term & long-term solutions
Lead the continuous optimization & evolution of every part of the order preparation & delivery process (SOPs)
Own all the commercial & business logistics aspects that impact our cost per order
Ongoing shortening our time to pick & deliver with operational solutions
 Relationship building with store teams in conjunction with our account management team
Responsible for planning, efficiently using & tracking/monitoring of on ground assets
Support catalog & marketing teams with instore executions
Ensure effective & efficient team utilization for peak & off peak
Expand capacity (per person) with operational & technical recommendations
Evolve our logistics models & excellence in encompassing express, scheduled and same/next day deliveries based on customer and partner preferences
 Ownership of dispatch system(s) and to work with tech to ensure we are evolving it
Ensuring we and partners are fully adhering to & up to date with rules & regulations
Identify and define technology requirements & improvements
Initiate monthly/quarterly new projects for continued operating efficiency and growth
Thorough coordination with Head of Marketplace for quick & efficient internal escalations & processes
What You Should Already Have
10-15 years previous experience
Strong leadership in managing & motivating internal teams & frontline teams
Analytical & KPI driven
